Privacy for Curious Visitors

This notice explains how information is handled when you read the site, use the local message tool or contact us separately.

Who is responsible

Safaritrixun Learning Ltd, 42 King Street, Cambridge, CB1 1LN, United Kingdom, company no. 14658239, is responsible for personal information it receives in connection with safaritrixun.com. Contact [email protected] for privacy enquiries.

Reading the website

The pages do not require an account. The site’s own page scripts do not include advertising trackers, analytics beacons or third-party embeds. Requests to a web server necessarily disclose technical information, such as an IP address, requested resource and browser information. Hosting and security services may process access logs to deliver pages, investigate faults and protect the service.

Where such technical information is personal data, our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure website are the relevant basis for necessary processing. Technical records should be retained only as long as needed for those purposes, subject to a specific security investigation or legal requirement.

The message preparation tool

Details entered into the contact tool are processed locally in your browser by the site’s script. Preparing a preview does not submit a form to us. The tool does not save drafts in cookies or local storage. Your browser may independently retain form information according to its settings.

The Copy button writes the prepared text to your clipboard if you allow it. The Download button creates a plain-text file on your device. Those copies remain under your control and may be accessible through your device, clipboard history, backups or other applications. Close the page and delete local copies if you no longer need them.

If you send an email

When you separately email us, we receive your email address, message and any details you choose to include. We use them to consider your enquiry, manage corrections, respond where appropriate and maintain relevant correspondence. The basis is our legitimate interest in handling genuine enquiries, or compliance with a legal obligation where applicable.

Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. Correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry and any related accountability or legal purpose. A correction may result in changes to public text, but we do not publish a correspondent’s personal details merely because they reported an error.

Service providers and disclosure

Hosting and email providers may process information needed to supply those services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information. If processing requires a restricted international transfer, applicable data-protection safeguards must be used.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us with enough information to identify the request; we may need to confirm identity. Rights are subject to legal conditions. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your relevant supervisory authority.
